What if I need to return an order?

Sometimes, things just don't work out. Please see our Refund Policy https://www.babyfootdesigns.com/refund-policy for information about how refunds are issued.
Can I request a custom item?

It never hurts to ask! We have a woodshop full of tools and lots of software. Email admin@babyfootdesigns.com and let us know what you need. In order to provide a quote, we'll need as much detail as possible, including dimensions and specifications. If you have drawings or photographs, please send them along as well.
When can I expect my order to ship?

Some products are kept in inventory, but many Baby Foot Designs are produced when we receive an order. Inventory items are expected to ship within 1-2 business days. Items produced when ordered typically ship withing 3-5 business days.
Can I get a product in a different color/wood/size?

We can customize most products to meet a customer's request for a specific color, wood species, or size. Contact us by email at admin@babyfootdesigns.com to find out what the options are.
